Be Peaceful, and Peace Will Follow
If you are currently at ease and comfortable, that is health. Health is not something you go searching for. True health is simply being at ease, a state where No Mind and No Shape exist effortlessly. If anyone claims to sell health, it is undoubtedly a scam. Health is merely being at ease and moving freely—that is health.

There is no need to do anything special for health. Playing golf or jogging early in the morning for health is unnecessary. Of course, running is beneficial for the body, but do not let it be driven by concern for health. Worry invites illness.
Who creates illness? Your body does. Illness is not something sent from outside; it is a creation of your body and mind working together. Even if you have an illness now, if your subconscious holds no worry about it, the illness will lose interest. It will feel unwelcomed, grumble, and leave you, moving on to someone else who invites it.
If you are at peace right now, that peace is complete. Feeling peace in your heart already makes it real. In this moment, no mosquitoes are attacking, no thieves are threatening. Just remain in this state of peace.
If you are anxious, examine the root cause. Anxiety arises when you demand something. Redirect that energy. Seek your current state of ease and move into it. The world of anxiety will become clear, and with a little effort, solutions will appear. If you immerse yourself in anxiety, thinking, “What should I do?” you lose the ability to see solutions and drain your energy.

Do not say, “How can I be peaceful when I am not?” Just be peaceful. Unconditionally peaceful. When you are peaceful without conditions, you will sense the energy of love that permeates the universe. That is peace. May you find this state.
